Learning Link: Track Progress, Transform Learning

While Weave has historically focused on institutional-level assessment and accreditation, program leaders and faculty have lacked dedicated support for the intensive work of generating, organizing, and analyzing student learning data. We are shifting that focus—building tools that streamline these administrative workflows to free up educators' time for what matters most: targeted interventions and student support.
design challenge
The challenge is to alleviate the administrative burden of data management for faculty. By designing an interface that seamlessly collects, aggregates, and visualizes complex learning data into scannable progress insights, we can empower educators to focus directly on student success.
Current Student/Teacher Loop. A user research artifact mapping the current educational assessment lifecycle, highlighting a critical gap between raw data analysis and formal institutional action planning.
design solution
To bridge this gap, I designed Learning Link, a platform that automatically generates data during the student evaluation and grading workflow and transforms those raw metrics into intuitive visual dashboards. By providing scalable analytics that span from a single assignment up to institutional benchmarks, the platform delivers meaningful, multi-layered insights designed to directly guide faculty decision-making.
Visual identity design.
The core brand identity and tagline, framing the platform's focus on clear tracking and meaningful growth.
Learning Link streamlines student assessment by mapping core learning outcomes onto intuitive, color-coded data visualizations. This allows faculty to instantly gauge an individual's progress across multiple competency levels, moving seamlessly from data collection to scannable insights.
Optimized for the classroom, Learning Link’s responsive mobile interface captures real-time assessments and instantly visualizes student progress.
An assessment dashboard summarizing student learning trends, enabling educators to deliver immediate, targeted early intervention.
Environmental and trade show booth design.
Key Takeaway
Designing this system highlighted the wide disparity in higher ed grading practices. It forced us to bridge a major gap: translating technical, rubric-based learning assessments into the traditional letter grades everyone relies on.
